This dealership is the best. I hit some road debris and was broken down.I called them and the owner came and towed me to their shop. They did everything humanly possible to replace and repair to get me on the road Everyone in that shop was wonderful . If you are considering purchasing a Harley, go there first. You will be treated great!
Want to give a shout out to Robert Walker and Big Spring Harley Davidson. Was having problems with my front brakes on my Softail. Called Robert on a Saturday afternoon and dropped it off that day just before closing. He called me back on Tuesday to say that it was fixed. Then he called again on Wednesday just to make sure everything was good. Amazing customer service!
Everyone was helpful from getting a shirt to buying my new bike. Really stand up people
Amazing customer service. Service department was able to get my and my wife's bikes serviced the same day. Will be returning. Owner and staff were friendly and greeting. Best experience of any dealership I've had yet. Well worth the 90 mile drive since we have no dealership in San Angelo.Thank you again.
