I recently purchased my second Harley from Yuba City. Matt and his team took great care of me. The black RG special was changed over to the Mayhem paint set including Stage 4, Khrome Werks slip ons and a Screaming Eagle breather. While that was going on I received calls and texts on the progress. Bike was delivered and two bikes left my garage for trade ins. my wife and I purchased two Harley's that just got delivered today. Not only was the process easy, but stress free. we must have gone to Yuba 3 or 4 times before making the purchase. Not only was it the only Harley Dealership that had no high presure sales, but had the inventory selection to make the 3 hour round trip worth it, plus the prices are exceptional.
This was the most painless process to finance I’ve ever been through! Mark was beyond helpful. Him and Drew were able to help me finance a bike for my fiancé and they made everything so easy for me. If your ever looking for a great experience and a great bike talk to Mark!
I had purchased my 05 soft tail deluxe from here last week and over all experience was good. The bike was originally in reno and Tyler was amazing with helping getting the bike here pretty quick. Honestly for a new guy Tyler was great I've been to other locations and couldn't stand how I was treated so the 45min drive to yuba was worth it. The guys in parts and service were great! The only down side was not even 24hrs after bringing my bike home it had to get picked up because the blinkers and brake light didnt work🥺 it too... read more
Customer service after you buy a $30,000 bike sucks. Never again. better to spend $500 more at different dealerships and receive much better service for all extra addons. Rocklin Harley has much better service and better communication.

First time going there wasn't bad. They're friendly. But the second time around, we had a salesman tell us the bike we were looking at, he had a guy wanting it right then & there with cash in hand, which deterred us from wanting it. So we said let the guy buy it. Salesman sounded shocked that we gave it up that easy. LOL. We also found out that the salesman jacked up our interest rate. So we will never be buying a bike from this dealer ever. Thanks but no thanks. I'll keep giving my business to Chico. 🤙🏻
Coach and John were amazing. Purchased my first bike and I will definitely be back to upgrade. Coach took care of me from start to finish and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this place all the staff from the service department to sales to management to parts were very respectful and extremely knowledgeable. Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Thanks everyone for making this an awesome experience.
