I recently had my 1997 Road King serviced at this location. Staff was friendly by the survice was awful. I pay 300 dollars for what i thought was an oil change cabel inspection. Break inspection the normal up keep. After picking my bike up...BOTH MY CALIPER BLOT8 CAME COMPLETELY OUT. MY ENGINE OIL IN ON THE ADD LINE. DUDE MY BIKE DOES NOT LEAK OIL. NOR DOES IT BURN OIL. YUBA CITY HD has gone above and beyond for me to make sure i got on the bike i wanted, to the point of staying open after hours so i could ride off on my new harley that night! They made it happen! Our experience at Yuba city Harley was like a family event. When we walked in, everyone was happy to see us and ready to help. Tyler was like talking to my little brother.
