My husband Jon and I have come to know, love and respect the wonderful group of people at Harley Davidson of Macon. We always feel welcome and find ourselves stopping by to say "Hey ya'll" as much as we can. I was in Reno to visit my parents earlier this month, and stopped by the Chester's dealership and the difference was immediate - not only in the staff but in how uncomfortable it was for me to be there. No friendly voice saying hello, No one smiling, no one asking if I needed anything...which made me even more homesick. ... read more

Excellent place to buy a Harley-Davidson, parts, clothes and a Super Service Department! Every employee including the Greeter, "Trig", is very nice and knowledgeable. Great Customer Service! I would highly recommend!

Great shop with great people. I have purchased 2 bikes from them. All the folks there treat everyone like family.
Great Parts and Apparell Departments and people working them. Service is below standard and Sales is below standard. I travel 140 miles to Tifton HD for service and where I buy.
The staff was awesome. So good that my friend bought a Ultra Classic that day. We were on our way home to Pa after a 7 day road trip.
