love this place and the bands are wonderful.staff is great
I just want to thank your dealership for taking great care of me with my unexpected emergency stop. Our group of 4 woman traveled from PA to FL in the middle of a hurricane to attend Road Queen USA woman's biker rally. We made it through successfully and on the way home I felt something rattling at my foot, yea my shifter. We pulled along hwy 75 and to get off the road quickly zip tied my shifter and drove 65 miles north to your dealership in which you took me in immediately and had me fixed and headed for PA in 20 min.
Pulled in yesterday morning with an oil leak traveling from Atlanta to Orlando. Tyler, the service rep, took me right in and had me back on my way in less than two hours! Turned out my "after market" oil cooler had dry rotted lines that the service tech (MS as referred to on my invoice) diagnosed and replaced with skill and efficiency. We had a great experience with all the folks on Saturday. We had a flat tire on the way to spend the day at Angel City. Everyone we spoke with was awesome from the front desk girl who tried to help us find a tow to the service department guys who got us right in & out so we could get back on the road & enjoy the day. If we are ever in the area again we would most definitely go back to this dealership.
