I have purchased 3 used motorcycles from HD of Lynchburg,have had service work done plus have purchased clothing and parts at this location and I can say that everyone I have dealt with that works there is friendly,knowledgeable and absolutely the best in the business. Had my Street Glide serviced and as always dealership and staff were first class, always going above and beyond to take care of me and my bike.
Came in while on a trip with a broken water pump which they had in stock but a tube that had also failed they didn't have so they sent a driver to the next nearest dealer with the part to pick it up that day a 3 hour round-trip to get me back on the road that day. It was a Saturday so had they not gone to those lengths for me I would have been stuck there till Tuesday. Great service really helped me out
