RecommendedOutstanding service and amazing service department! We were traveling on our Harley and needed service, and they repaired our Harley on a Sunday, so we could get back on the road and stayed ahead of the pending storm! There are not enough good words to describe how nice and efficient this dealership is!!!
They worked with me and helped me in every way they can and Kevin kept in contact with me through it all and let me know everything that was going on.
The sales staff are friendly and personable, we talked to a salesman who’s name escapes me but we talked of Harley’s and of Indians, he was knowledgeable about both and respectable of the Indian, I found that refreshing. I would like to know more about the dealership, mainly how did it come to the name it wears “Southern Devil”. The stories behind the scenes are interesting and seldom known

Bought a new battery at the Harley shop in Pensacola fl then rode to the northern end of the Blue Ridge Parkway where the new battery quit working. Where we had to buy another battery so when we got home Southern Devil Harley was the closest Harley dealer. We carried the bad battery back told Tug in parts what was going on he said he checked it and it was ok so I went and picked it up I carried my battery tester with me and showed him it was bad and down to 8 volts He got mad and told me to take it back to the Harley shop in... read more
