Was in town visiting from out of state. Looks like a really nice shop! Didn't have any interaction with any staff until I hit the register with my T-shirt. I hope that they are more customer savvy if I would come in to spend big bucks!!

Had a issue with bike on Sunday , it was cutting off on us. Luckily we were close to killer creek, well we thought luckily,went in to ask if someone could look at it. The guy in service wayne, was rude. Like we were bothering him. Yes it was a Sunday ,about 1:00 but the service department was open.he didn't care that it could have been a real safety issue us riding out of there.never had that kind of treatment from anyone else in that department, any other time those other guys seem very helpful and concerned.luckily someone... read more
