Very poor customer service. Trust me look elsewhere for a bike dealership.
I had a great experience recently at Youngstown Harley Davidson. I purchased a certified pre-owned 2023 Tri Glide. I was able to test drive first before making up my mind. Sales and Finance were easy to work with. Asked me what I wanted and type of payment. Thanks to Bryan my sales person. Also Dale, Frank and Jeff. It has been awhile since I purchased here, but I am happy.
