Everyone in the building was extremely helpful and friendly. Billy knows everything about every bike on the floor. Donna was on point with quick and easy financing. Greg went over my bike with me and showed me how to do few things to save money in the future with maintenance. All around great experience.
They got us in and out with an unscheduled oil change in under an hour. Rock stars!!!

Big shout out to Harley Davidson of Lake Charles.... battery took a dive on me about a mile or so from dealership. They came out with a new battery and installed it.
The service team was awesome. I brought my Fatboy down on a trailer from Leesville because it would not start. I expected to unload it and leave it there for a week or two. When I got there they told me not to unload it and they jumped on it to see if it was a quick fix. 20 minutes after I got there they they had it running and never had to unload it. I will be returning to them for all my needs. Thanks Harley Davidson of Lake Charles.
