Great Company , highly recommend... Juan was very professional and explained every detail .
I was very pleased with Donald McCuddy. Notified me before arriving. Was very thorough in diagnosing my a/c. Donald seemed very thoughtful and professional. He explained his diagnosis and estimated the cost to repair and replace with a new unit. I think that he was very honest with his diagnosis and estimate yo repair my a/c. As my unit was almost thirty years old I decided to get a replacement.
Donal Mccudy was very knowledgeable and personable. Came by and provided an estimate to change two of my ACs. Oscar installation manager came by, also personable and he resolved an issue quickly. Felipe did a great job on the install. Then came time for the quality control tech who checked everything out. All and all a very personable and knowledgeable team led to a pretty smooth installation of my two units at a very reasonable price.
Garrett was friendly and professional. He took the time to explain the issue with the AC unit and what he did to repair it. Very satified with the communication and customer service.
