RecommendedI had a 55ft Ash tree that was killed by Emerald Ash Bore. The team at Harlan Tree Service took down the tree, chipped it up, and cleaned the area in 2 hours! Melanie was great to work with and reasonably priced. I plan on recommending them to my clients and using them again in the future.

Harlan is terrific to their customers and always makes sure you are satisfied. Great prices too. 100+ degrees today but Melanie and her crew still showed up to get the job done. Impressive!
We had a tree removed yesterday. Great customer service, great follow up and great price! I would absolutely recommend Harlan Tree Service!
Called them several times with no response, and got only a generic text message back. I texted too, asking them to call me and they never did. Terrible customer service with one person running the show. They don’t have the employees to get the work done and have a ton of negative reviews. Also know people who have used them, after I contacted them, and I was told to avoid them.
We have used Harlan multiple times to take down some large trees. They were always very fair regarding price, did a professional complete job, and did what they promised. I recommend them often to friends and family.
Called them in July for a removal in December-January. 8 calls throughout February and never returned the call. Had another company do the work. Harlan has atrocious customer service.
We couldn’t be happier! Melanie and her team have been great! From the communication and follow-up to the work, everything has been great! To top it off, they are locally owned and operated, which has been a great welcome to our new neighborhood!
