I was in Murray for a family event over the weekend. My AC stopped working on the way to town. I called Harlan Automotive and asked if they could look at my AC issue for me. Pros: They were able to get me in immediately. They have a very efficient text messaging system. They were friendly. Cons: They did not communicate the exorbitant diagnostic charge ($150) up front. Never again will I take my car there for repairs... They said the cooling fan was bad, charged $543. to replace it and the car overheated before I got it home ..I received a quote from the Chrysler dealer to do the same job that was less than half what Harlan charged.. RIP OFF... DON'T LET THEM GET YOU...

Needed a repair to our foreign car. Parts can be expensive, owner researched to find us a reasonable priced part with same high quality! He cut the cost over half. Always friendly always helpful. Trustworthy!!!

The most impressive aspect of Harlan Auto, aside from the car service itself, is their awareness of the customer. The waiting room is very neat and clean, which you don't expect from an auto shop. They even offer complementary Kuerig coffee while you wait. It's a modern, updated establishment with traditional customer service.
