We came in on Saturday, May 12 to have an antique engagement ring re-set. We worked with Desiree and she was such a joy! She was not pushy, and took her time with us as we made a decision. We were fully expecting to wait a few days or even a week to receive our new ring, but got it in an HOUR and a half. We will continue to come to Harkleroad for our future jewelry needs! �

My wedding rings have been in such need of repair that I couldn't even wear them for the past couple of years. My husband and I took them to a different jewelry store for those repairs and they gave us a quote of well over $1000, which I find to be ridiculous and unaffordable. Last weekend we brought them to Harkleroad and you guys quoted the same repairs for just $450! I'm so glad I read your reviews and hightailed it over there. I finally get to wear my beloved jewelry again!

Amazing experience from the start. Staff was extremely helpful, polite, and never pushy. We purchased a customized wedding band from them, and they also reset the diamond in my engagement setting (something other jewelers refused to do). Everything was done in an affordable, professional, and timely manner. Will definitely be repeat customers. Thank you!
