I first met Mr. Harkins when our daughter was attending Loyola .Lots of balloons lots of special times accented with Mr. Harkins special touch. Time for a wedding. Mr. Harkins made the dream wedding of New Orleans come true with beautiful peonies. Forward 2 years, first grandchild than the 2nd now the 3rd. Each occasion was made special by Mr. Harkins magical touch!! He is the florist for all generations!! Sincerely, Linda Lee
