I wish I saw these reviews before hiring this attorney...... :( She has no interest in the case. I think we spent most of the time talking about how much it was going to cost me than what my case was about. she had no defense strategy whatsoever. She kept saying "Dont worry" Then I got screwed!!! - Definately AVOID this oneLousy lawyer.
I talked to Mary over the phone. She doesnt seem very knowledgeable. Also, she quoted me over the phone and then when I received her email the price had increased. I would recommending not using Mary.
bjm_psu gave a bad review to this attorney back in Sep 12, 2008. Then Blanket1 gave her another bad review May 13, 2010, almost two years later. Then all of a sudden, you see 3 excellent, 5 stars rated reviews popping up 3 days in a row (June 15, 16, 17 of 2010)! Ha! Ha! Ha! Pay close attention: 1- Those 3 reviews all have the same sentence structure.2- The English level is about the same.3- Very common names (carrie smith,Paul, Jason)You really have to be DUMB not to figure this out. She was able to answer all my questions and my wifes questions when I was in a jam. I liked the fact that she could give me all my options in my case, and help me decide what to do. I am happy she was my lawyer.
Ms. Harkins first represented my brother on some serious criminal charges. She was very thorough with his case. She kept my brother and our family informed every step of the way.
