I rented a home owned by Chris Harkins via VRBO for a family vacation. Unfortunately the home was not as advertised. Both critical issues (ie; A/C system not working, plus an ANT infestation in the kitchen) and overall condition/cleanliness left much to be desired. We purchased a condo off of this company and although they did keep many of their promises, they saddled our small Condo Association with a fault which will cost 10's of thousands to fix...which they knew about and did not disclose. This was the entire water supply to the condo - which is ancient and private and leaks underground to the tune of many thousands (in extra water costs) per year.
