He was very friendly and welcoming..very respectful and caring
I do not recommend and I refuse to see him again. He basically brushed off my issues. Made out like everything was fine and I was fine. Did not take me seriously about having to wait for an appointment with another Dr and that these issues are massively affecting my life.
Dr. Basi is awesome at making you feel comfortable and is easy to talk too. He replies quickly to messages amends refill requests. His team is very nice as well.
Dr. Basi is such a wonderful person. He listens attentively, and explains details clearly. I appreciate the referral he offered, making me feel well-cared for and confident in my choice to have him as my primary physician.
