I've been seeing Dr. Veedu for about 2 years. He's always been courteous and understanding. He was the first neurologist aftera few before (insurance changes) to recommend an EMU stay that pinpointed the area that my seizures were stemming from. He got me set up with a neurophsycologist and Hobscotch program for memory issues. The one bummer is that since the change of location the wait times in the office are longer, which is hard sometimes since I require a ride to my appointments. I waited over an hour to see Dr. Veedu and when he finally came in, he couldn’t even introduce himself. From the moment he entered the room, he was rude, dismissive, and incredibly condescending. Instead of allowing me time to answer his questions he was rushing me and berated me because I was unable to recall every single medication I had taken in the last five years, knowing full well I was there to see him for memory /migraine issues. I went in to find a new neurologist. Turned out this man is not him. I wanted him to read my MRIs of my brain. He immediately wanted to put me on medication for seizures which I have never had One seizure in my Life. . I had MRIs of my brain because I have migraines. I also have myasthenia gravis and have had this for over 30 years. Because I wasn't on a dose of medication he thought I should be on. Told me it wasn't possible to have myasthenia gravis.
