Dr. Kalla listens carefully, responds to all our questions, even anticipating many of them, and is both personable and caring. He has a lot of experience with a variety of cancers, and this shows in his ability to plan treatment and adjust it as needed. He tailors treatment to the specific needs of the patient based on the blood tests he runs often. He really stays on top of things. When my treatment lowered my immunity more than normal, he picked up on it immediately and adjusted treatment quickly and appropriately.
Was very knowledgeable about my situation. Gave me my results on blood works I had done. Explained things I did not understand. Very friendly

I was worried but Dr Kalla put me at ease first thing. He listened very carefully to my problem. The Dr explained in very common terms that I could understand, I look forward to seeing him again.
I can’t say enough about Dr. Kalla and the complete Texas Oncology Staff! I’m extremely blessed to have Dr. Kalla as my Dr. and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’m very Thankful.
Dr. Kalla always makes sure that I understand what is happening with my condition. He is kind and comforting and has a great bedside manner. I feel safer in his hands.
Have been cancer free for the past 7 years, thanks to Dr Kalla. Last month I found a lump in my breast region, (I had Breast cancer and had a mastectomy). I was able to see him the same day I called and tests schedule for 2 days later. Thanks to the Lord and Dr Kalla it was a cyst. I know I would not be here if it wasn't for Dr Kalla, he is the most Knowledgeable, Compassionate, Caring Physician I ever had. I can never thank him enough.
Ongoing visit which includes chemotherapy treatment.
