Dr. Harford is someone I grew very fond of because she is like no therapist I ever saw. Eventually she decided to “not deal with me” for many reasons, and discarded me. While I took it very personally, the skills she taught me helped me to see things from her perspective. So, her approach works. I will never forget her.
Helped me for many years until I moved to another state. She is the best one I have ever had. I have depression, anxiety, BPD, PTSD to name a few. I miss her!
