Last night my elderly in-laws brought their dog, who was clearly in major distress, into Harford Emergency. Thank you so much for treating them and their dog (who was ultimately euthanized) with so much kindness and respect.
No communication! Doctors don’t provide adequate updates and get sassy with you. Would not recommend at all.
Your staff showed me and Tucker such kindness and compassion at a very difficult time . Your rates for services were surprisingly reasonable. I was able to get some nice memorials of my dear companion.
My 3 month old puppy was hit by a car and they were at the front door with a gurney waiting for us when we got there. They were quick to act, honest, upfront, and respectful towards us. The entire staff was so kind to my puppy and showed him so much love while he was there. The vets were very knowledgeable and proactive with Shadow’s injuries. I highly recommend!
Our dog was hit by a car and from the moment we arrived when he was taken by Wyatt, to the day we brought him home, these wonderful people took excellent care of our baby and were so kind and caring. Our family will be eternally grateful for all that they did for him. And for us! Thank you, Dr. Snyder, Dr. Baker, Allison, Wyatt...the list goes on and on!
