It's a terrible idea to move into these apartments. They never properly fix anything that breaks. The kitchen and bathroom floors are warped and full of moisture, and the wood is rotting, not to mention the cockroaches and mice. They fumigate, but if you have dirty neighbors, the problem will never go away. The electricity bill is incredibly high, and don't even get me started on when it snows—they don't clear the parking lots or streets, which are covered in ice, causing flat tires, and they do nothing about it. The neighborhood is safe and great schools in the area. Kids play in the parking lots kicking balls that hit your car windows. Mice infestation. Bugs all year around in your home. Trash overflows constantly at the dumpsters. The cabinets in the kitchen are old and out dated. One of my mines fell off and has never been replaced. Closet doors in the homes fall off track and are hard to put back on. Refrigerator leaks. Washer and dryer works when it wants to work. Vents in bathrooms barely work. The lady who gave us the tour was super welcoming, the community is beautiful, and everything is only a 10 minute drive! Great place!
