The lady who gave us the tour was super welcoming, the community is beautiful, and everything is only a 10 minute drive! Great place!
Mice Infestation. Loud Neighbors. Neighbors who have so much junk on their front it brings the property down and allows their children to bang on the walls. Dumpster area full of trash all the time. Porter never cleans the backyards. Found 3 pregnancy test, microwave plate back there amongst other food trash. My experience has been nothing but great! Melody & Bayleigh are great staff who are eager to help you find a home. The grounds are well kept and the place I'm moving into is very nice. Close to I95 and shopping centers. I highly recommend it!!!
The community is good I appreciate the court that I'm in there is only 1 way in and 1 way out. I have kids so the fact that there are plenty of kids in the neighborhood is a plus. Maintenance is quick to respond and fix any issues and the leasing office is always available for any assistance needed. It's extremely convenient that I can text or call the leasing office anytime even if it's after hours.
If I could give this place a zero I would when I lived there they went in my house on my camera moved my camera towards the floor do not rent from these people that are overridden with termites mice cockroaches and if you look at their history they've gotten sued by attorney in Florida Marilyn management company in Harford Commons for the same thing
