RecommendedTroy is the best. I recently purchased my condo and replaced the HVAC, he worked with me and came out a number of times to make sure I had the right product and that I was happy. he was very understanding and I honestly felt like I was dealing with a family friend than a business man.
We have had an absolutely incredible experience with Hares. We are a military family that currently lives out of state, and we were having issues with our air conditioning in our home that we are renting out. I have never encountered a company that goes so far out of their way to make sure that we are taken care of. They are honest, prompt, and thorough. I cannot say enough great things about them. I was referred by a friend late last night and called Troy at Hares Heating & Cooling. I called at 8:00 at night and he took the time to trouble shoot my AC issue to try to resolve the problem. We figured out the problem and Troy added me to his already full schedule the next day and showed up as promised. He fixed the problem and got our AC back in business. OUTSTANDING company!! Highly recommend them to anyone with a heating/cooling or electrical problem. Had two original 28 year old HVAC systems in my house that were extremely inefficient and struggled to keep the house cool. Troy and his fantastic team replaced our HVAC unit yesterday. Our old system was on it's last legs and we needed to get ready for summer. He was timely, honest, fair and more than reasonably priced. The workmanship was top notch. Plus, he's a vet! I will recommend Hares to everyone. Thanks Troy!
