I was calling to talk to a dr or an P.A. , but all I got was yelled at and called names by someone named Maddie . I am in a lot of pain and all I wanted was to see if they could help me since the medication I’m prescribed isn’t working. I never yelled nor did I call Maddie any names . Then after I was hung up on I was called nasty about 5 times . Customer service at its worst .
