Terrible communication I put in an application and was called they could get me approved but I had to keep calling them back. Mark Martinez finally called me back (asking the same questions over and over) but they kept telling me I will call you back in a few minutes and never did. His communication is horrible. He pretty much said if I wasn't at the dealership then the people who were there were more important. Got tired of waiting for his call so I went to Blossom Chevy and came home same day with a vehicle.
Honesty Honesty is hard to find when looking for a dealership. I have had a great experience when dealing with Hare. They are very honest and take the time to understand your "needs" and "goals." From the way that you are greeted, to the friendly sales team, all the way to the great guys in service, Hare makes me feel like I found "the" dealership for me and my family. Thank you Hare
FANTASTIC So far we have been very happy especially with Jeff Alexander, he went above and beyond to get our payments where we wanted, a good trade in value on our vehicle and the options we wanted on our new vehicle. I plan to refer my friends and family to Hare.
