Mistreated of people with service dogs. Rude and unprofessional.
Y'all should be ashamed of the way you treated that woman and her service dog! It is never okay to harass or mock someone just because they have a disibilty and require a service animal. And instead of taking responsibility for your actions like any good restaurant would, you blamed emotional support dogs for pretending to be a service dog 🤣 and your half-baked apology was taken down after 12 hours.
