Hardy is a wonderful realtor. As a first-time home buyer, who is new to Florida, I needed a lot of support and Hardy was there every step of the way. Hardy was great, my roommate and I were both moving for out of town and he was able to get us all the info we needed and even gave us tours via FaceTime! He made the signing process as easy as possible. I will definitely be recommending him to everyone I know looking to move.

I recently moved to the southern Florida area from the "north" and knew nothing of the area. This was a corporate move and corporate provided me with enough information so that I was "dangerous".....Upon my first visit to the area, I walked into the Coldwell Banker office where Hardy was on duty.
