Very personable and knowledgeable. She takes her time and makes sure you completely understand what is going on with your health.
I been in a patient with Hardy House going on maybe 4 years....Dr.Hardy, Tynisha, and the other providers are sweethearts....Not only the providers, but front desk, nurses, and medical assistants. I'm a permanent patient forever. Thank you all for being exceptional with your customer service.
I have been coming to Hardy House since they first opened. Dr Hardy and staff are like family! They care for us patients as if they were caring for their own families. Their patient care and customer service is stellar. There is never a time that I come out the office unsatisfied! Dr Hardy, NP's , to the front desk clerks to the Medical Assistants do exceptional work. I can't ask for a better Medical Provider!
My Response to the clinics response: My statement remains the same. This issue did not stem from a 24 hour check in because that was completed timely! I’m not sure why this lie was even mentioned, I guess to make your clinic look good for reviews. The games people play… The clinic was so unprofessional from my initial complaint and it encouraged you all to retaliate. However, I serve a mighty God that sits high and looks low.
