Great experience. Called for an emergency "the heat is out and it's December in Alaska" emergency and they got a tech out that day to solve the problem. Got rhe heater running again quickly and as painlessly as possible.
My furnace started blowing cold air Christmas Eve morning a few hours before we were set to host a large gathering. After calling multiple heating companies, and being dismissed or told it would be a $775 dollar call out fee I called Hardy Heating and explained the situation. Instead of telling me no Dan got on the phone and helped diagnose the issue remotely. Fast efficient informative and friendly
They took a payment surcharge of 70$ for living 20 minutes from their office, and didn’t even warn us. We have been loyal customers for 20 years, and they just pulled this one. I will buy my next furnace from someone else and avoid this business.
What an awesome experience with Hardy Heating. Showed up when scheduled and the technician was super to work with in explaining everything and fixing our problems. We have a 20 year old fireplace we bought from them and this was its first failure. It wasn’t the heater it was the thermostat! Yay!!!!
