This is the best apartment complex that anyone could stay at here by SDSU. Everyone here is super chill and helpful. Kenneth is one of the best property managers you can ask for since he is always responsive and will resolve any problems (if any) quickly. The owners are also the most kindest people I’ve met who truly care for their tenants.
I lived here for two years (junior + senior year). My junior year the building was way cleaner and actually felt taken care of, but this past year was the complete opposite. The laundry room was always a mess, the elevator was constantly broken and dirty, and the hallways on every floor looked like no one bothered to maintain them.
