Been coming for years, but stopped by for the first time in three years and was helped initially then put to the back of the line while other customers were assisted and I stood around. Then told that what I was doing wasn't going to work. Was well aware of what I was asking for, been woodworking for 30 years. I miss when Tom was here at TLC. It was a family.
