We purchased LifeStepp vinyl plank flooring from Hardwood Giant and had it professionally installed in December 2024 after being assured it was a top-quality, durable LVP product. Unfortunately, it has been anything but. Within months, we noticed plank edges curling and lifting, dents forming, and visible scratches — all despite normal household use.
