BD provided excellent customer service with an outstanding balance. Very honest and solved the matter fast and efficient - very please will definitely return for future flooring needs.

We love our new luxury vinyl flooring in our basement. The sales team was good at answering any questions for us and worked on pricing to fit our budget as well. Installation was done on a timely fashion with very nice and polite men to do install. Large basement was done in one day. Couple small issues were found and someone scheduled to do the finish needed. One transition missing. We will do the install ourselves. Overall we are very happy with the product and service we received.
Sure: Please tell me if the employee still works at Hardwood Giant and which store he works for then I will edit/remove the review. There must be an email system within the same company and his email address was still active last week. I hate to do this, but given the lack of response, this is my last resort to reach one of your employees for an order purchased over the holidays.
