Jared and I have been friends for years. I didn't give him a 5 star for that reason, I gave it to him because he pays attention to every little detail when it comes to his job. He doesn't cut corners and will not let you buy cheap product because he wants the customer to feel satisfied. I worked with him before and he did the floors in my last house. I cant explain how good this guy is at what he does. Thanks again Jared!
Hardwood hero is the best place there is for getting floors done we had horrible floors and now they are everything we dreamed of! So reasonable and he was there from the first day to the last working hard , no delays, scheduled right away for a estimate very reliable person ! I would highly recommend him! Our floors are everything we dreamed of !
Jared did an exceptional job on refinishing our hardwood floors! 10+ years, 3 kids and a dog later, they needed help. We are so impressed with the results! Everyone notices them when they come in. Jared did an amazing job on my wood floors. He is professional and pays great attention to detail. He takes a lot of pride in his work and I appreciated that he made sure I was happy with the results. He stuck to his schedule and kept me updated each day. I especially loved how we could still stay in the house at the end of the day and there was no dust and minimal smell when the stain went on. I would highly recommend them for your floors!
I have rehabbed a lot of homes, and finding true blue, honest people in the different trades can be tuff. I shopped around on pricing to refinish my hardwood floors and the other companies had upcharges for everything above and beyond the standard square foot price. Hardwood Hero did not have upcharges it was all included in the standard square foot price. The savings was huge, my hardwood floors look beautiful and there was no dust, no clean up. Thank you
We were nervous about having our hardwood floors refinished in our historic home because we did not want anything to go wrong with the original floors and stairs. All of our worries were completely unnecessary because we found a true professional that does amazing work. If that is not enough, he made sure our dog got a treat each day and she was sad to see him leave when the job was over. We are delighted and have already booked him for other rooms in our home.
