Jared did an excellent job on the floors in our 1927 Bungalow. He even repaired some termite damage and it was a seamless job that is undetectable from the rest of the floor. Exceeded our expectations.
Jared and Brent did an excellent job on my new vinyl plank flooring. They were both very helpful and easy to work with. I would highly recommend their work.

Hardwood Hero is AMAZING. My 1990's yellow/orange wood floors are gone and now the natural grain shines through which is a much better look! They show up when they say they're going to show up. The price was exactly what was quoted. They were done in less time than he estimated. Every time I had a question he was quick to respond. More business owners should operate like Jerad at Hardwood Hero!
Jerad and Brent does work that is above expected expectations. Jerad and Brent keep in mind all request of the customer when doing a floor and see to it that he or she is extremely pleased and satisfied with the work completed before leaving a site. I am amazed when I've seen the two of them working and how well they care for the customers house and property as though it's there's, with respect and cleanliness. They also do and complete all work in a timely and perfishant manner. Would recommend to anyone.
I couldn't be happier with how our floors look! These floors are original to our home which was built in 1923 & they had never been finished. The finished project is remarkable. Thank you!
Did a great job on our floor and excellent customer service! About a month after our floor was completed it was inadvertently scratched (rather seriously) in a conspicuous area. I texted Jarred and he came the same day to take a look at it then came the following day and got it fixed. Can't beat that!
