I had a terrible experience with Hardwood Decking Deals. I purchased 640 feet of Ipe hardwood from them, and when I finally inspected the wood, I was shocked to find that 180 feet of it was cracked. I stored it in an insulated garage 30 inches off the ground, following their recommended guidelines. When I reached out to Scott for assistance, his response was incredibly aggressive.
