Doctor Hardman is the best! Epic itself is horrible and the call center is a headache, but Dr Hardman and the office staff are amazing
If I drive to the babysitter and then to the office and back for no reason, I am going to be pissed. Dr Hardmans office was taken over by a corporation called Epic. (They are epic alright). You have to talk to a calling center where the people don't understand English half the time. I wanted to confirm if my test results came back yet. The ONLY reason for this appointment is to go over results and they are not showing up in the "Epic" App. But of course, you can't call the drs office or speak to anyone. Would not recommend any dr with epic health. They make it so complicated to get any prescription filled or any answers to questions you might have. All calls go to a switch board from other country's and can never talk with the office directly.
Exceptional Doctor and wonderful and kind staff
Ridiculous wait times. Arrived 30 minutes early for my son to become a new patient. (Paperwork) Waited 30 minutes after my appointment (THEY scheduled on my behalf) and still hadn't been seen. I walked out. They're just now drawing his blood. We were here before they opened. Went in, and just sat in the exam rooms for over an hour.
