Love the energy that staff has shown to me every time I'm there
Dr. Hardman is an excellent physician. He is so kind, caring, and patient. He listens to everything you have to say, and really tries to dig into the nitty-gritty if he has to to find what's wrong. I'm so thankful I found him, and I would highly recommend him in every way!
Doctor Hardman is the best! Epic itself is horrible and the call center is a headache, but Dr Hardman and the office staff are amazing I’m going to go ahead and edit this… Most of what I previously said is true, but with the new corporation take over, comes new employees, and there’s a “nurse” in there now that is just flat out rude, and I’m not saying this after only one time… last month she was just as rude. I have been seeing Dr. Hardman for years and NEVER had any issues. But since Epic took over it's terrible. The new PA Vita is condescending, rude, does NOT listen to any of my concerns, nor my families. She acts as though she's smarter than me. I've been an ER nurse for 30 years and know a lot more than she does. Since Nancy started as the new medical assistant she's WONDERFUL. She ALWAYS asks me how I am and truly cares. I appreciate her compassion, not to mention the "pocket hug bear" she gave me actually made my rough day... read more
Avoided all costs got taken over by a corporation and yeah they're so disorganized and don't even know what the hell they're doing they forget stuff they lose your paperwork it's bad a one of the worst experiences I've ever had in my life
