Dr. Hardman and his staff are GREAT!!!!! Epic is the worst, can’t talk to anybody in the office, when you call it goes to a call center, and they don’t give the office the message, beyond frustrating!!
Dr. Hardman's and staff is the best but however when you call EPIC the call center is horrible. The guy even called me a snotty brat. When all I was doing was trying to get my daily prescription squared away because I had to change pharmacies. Thank you so much to the office lady's I went right up there and taken care of within 5 min.
Dr and staff have been great, epic health hard to deal with. Would recommend
I have recently changed to this office unfortunately due to the death of my previous PCP. I don't like that you cannot get to the actual doctors office to talk with staff. Everything goes thru a call-type center. You either have to schedule an appointment or give them a message, which I have never had a response. I miss my previous doctor and office staff.
Do not waste your time with this doctor's office rude at the front window you have to talk to a call center who do not speak English cannot get your medicine the doctor's never call my medicine in call center is a waste of time this is a horrible horrible place I would not take my dog there I would not give it one star bur for some reason you have to
