I had an issue with one of the salesman while trying to purchase one of their vehicles. I contacted the owner and was very impressed at the way he handled my situation. He was sincerely apologetic and did everything in his power to fix it. Most car dealerships would have just said sorry and left it at that. I feel the outcome was fair based on the situation. That being said, overall my experience wasn't perfect, but Sonny is true to his word and took care of me.
