I rented from Scott for a couple of years, leaving in September of 2020 for Wisconsin. He was more than generous in giving me rent that I could afford on a fixed income. Repairs or improvements were done promptly. He was always kind. I received my full deposit back with thanks to me for keeping the house immaculate.
In September of 2021, I rented an apartment from Mr. Hardison and have nothing but the very best treatment. He always takes my calls, gives immediate attention to any concerns, and has kept my rent affordable on my fixed income. He's a gentleman and all landlords should follow his excellent, most exceptional business practices.
