They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? A little, it was faint but I noticed one Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it.

Not really, but I found a spot Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Absolutely! They were very entertaining! Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here.
