UNBELIEABLE!!! I have been trying to get through to Dr. Harding's office for OVER and hour! Who ever said they answer the phone quickly ~ I'm finding the very hard to believe right now! My son has been going to Dr. Harding for several months now and see him on a regular basis. He has yet to be seen on time and the older lady in the office has always been RUDE and unprofessional. Thinking my son will be looking for a new doctor after today!
I didn't have to wait more than necessary after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
