I am thrilled to say my gas fireplace issues are finally resolved!!!! My fireplace flame would start, then stop, then start again (or NOT) then may or not restart. This would go on and on. After Calab addressed each possibility thoroughly and carefully, it turned out the fresh air intake, which was in my ATTIC had been covered up with insulation when I had a new roof installed. I just received the most thorough service on our HVAC system to include our split system in our sunroom that I have ever had. Caleb and Ethan arrived as per scheduled and received a courtesy call prior to them coming. My daughter recommended Hardin Valley and was she correct Exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend.
We cannot recommend Kevin and his business enough! He came out very quickly for an after hours repair for our air conditioning. He was thorough, informative, and very reasonably priced. We will continue to work with them for future needs.
