The appointment was made for same day. Part needed was in stock. Very efficient and great service. Tony was very helpful in diagnosing and making repairs.
Great company and I’d absolutely recommend them. They recently fit us into their schedule quickly when we had an AC issue, and Tony was able to figure out the problem right away. He gave us solid advice and did his best to find a cheaper alternative, but in the end we needed to replace the whole unit. I would leave more stars if I could! We are new homeowners in Knoxville, TN and we encountered some major issues with our HVAC in the first few months. We learned later that our return ducting was severely undersized for the necessary size unit required for the square footage of the home. Lost cooling in my upstairs AC. First HVAC company I called could only put me on a cancellation list. Called Hardin Valley Heat & Air and they had a technician out within a few hours. Tony was fantastic. He let me tag along and ask questions as he worked to diagnose the problem. Once he discovered it was the A coil that was bad, he walked me through my options, let me ask a barrage of questions and helped me understand why replacing the unit made the most sense.
