If it were me…….I would call someone else. The technician arrived when he said he would, but charged us $324 to install a capacitor (they cost $20)!! He was done with replacing the capacitor in 10 minutes. Just felt taken advantage of and grossly over-priced. BEWARE!
Such a pleasure working with this company! I had called other companies in the area, and Hardin had the most reasonable prices and best customer experience. It was easy getting scheduled over the phone, they showed up in the time window they had told me, and got everything repaired quickly.
I called this local company to service my 2 AC units after a home inspection. They answered the phones promptly and even though a busy schedule, they were able to schedule me within one week based on my schedule. Cody was the technician. He came a bit early, which was great. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing was upfront and fair. Highly recommend this company!
Hardin Heating and Air helped us out so much in this Texas heat. Shout out to Saronda who went above and beyond to get the part that was needed to fix our air conditioner unit so we wouldn’t have to wait additional days/nights in this heat. The servicemen arrived promptly and were very knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend Hardin!!
