Been a customer for almost 5 years and they never disappoint. Anytime I have an issue they send someone out and the problem is fixed. This time Rob came out, diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem. Very professional and they all know their stuff.
This is not our first experience using Hardin and I am more impressed every single time they come out. They were able to come out earlier than I scheduled (which was during an emergency hour) and it saved me money. They assessed the issue really fast, replaced the part and were out the door in under an hour. So nice and very trust worthy.
I highly recommend Hardin Heating and Air as the top choice for AC service. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service truly set them apart. They make the whole process stress free and ensure the job is done right. And Terry my service technician was the best and spoke to me so I could understand and very respectful! We have used Hardin Heating and Air over the past 10 years. They have taken care of routine maintenance and also some more complex issues. We are easily reminded prior to each visit that the people at Hardin communicate well throughout the process and take care of problems with professionalism.
If it were me…….I would call someone else. The technician arrived when he said he would, but charged us $324 to install a capacitor (they cost $20)!! He was done with replacing the capacitor in 10 minutes. Just felt taken advantage of and grossly over-priced. BEWARE!
