Hardin Co. Urge Care is absolutely the best. My husband received excellent care for a fall. He had been hurting so badly. They did x rays which were done in a very timely manner. Britt was wonderful. He listened very carefully and answered all our questions. Thankfully, he had no broken bones but Britt did give him a steroid injection to relieve and control the pain and also called in a muscle relaxant. I went in today to get a weightloss medication. They took my $80 copay and i never saw an NP. I left with them stating they would send the prescription to my pharmacy. I get a call later that the NP wont fill the medication because of a medication i took for two days at the beginning of the month. I asked for my money back and they said no to that as well. We’ve always had great experiences with the team at Hardin County Urgent Care! They are friendly, fast and caring.. they even gave my boy a popsicle while we waited for some test results. We are lucky to have them right here in Lumberton.

Hardin County Urgent Care - Fantastic! Amazing!! After going to another urgent care (Best Med) that my insurance said was accepted (it was not), and dealing with some not so great bedside manner from the receptionist with her being dismissive with the "it's not your problem to fix" because "we've been trying to get UHC to fix this for years" and telling me to just "go about your day" approach to correcting the information with my insurance so that nobody else ends up going there erroneously like I did. Tried to call to see how much my cost would be before I come in. Mind you they already had my insurance information on file and I confirmed my DOB and name. The lady told me over the phone she cant give me that information over the phone that I had to come on. Why would I come in if you can't give me what I need over the phone. No thanks! You just lost a customer and I'll never be back. What a joke!
