Josh the NP is very unprofessional and is the type of healthcare provider that doesn’t actually listen to the patients who know their own bodies and histories. He should learn to be more compassionate, empathetic, and err on the side of the patient and not say “he knows more” and try to argue with said sick patient in front of his office staff. This is why I usually go to Beaumont Urgent Care but this was an exception as I was too dizzy to drive that far.
I went in today to get a weightloss medication. They took my $80 copay and i never saw an NP. I left with them stating they would send the prescription to my pharmacy. I get a call later that the NP wont fill the medication because of a medication i took for two days at the beginning of the month. I asked for my money back and they said no to that as well. Hardin Co. Urge Care is absolutely the best. My husband received excellent care for a fall. He had been hurting so badly. They did x rays which were done in a very timely manner. Britt was wonderful. He listened very carefully and answered all our questions. Thankfully, he had no broken bones but Britt did give him a steroid injection to relieve and control the pain and also called in a muscle relaxant. I love Hardin County Urgent Care!!!!!! Excellent staff , that care for their patients. Kyleigh and Tenay are the best.
Dr stayed 3 minutes if that long this place is a joke 1 xray said keep it up did not wrap it or anything else told him to wrap with the prices they could have wrapped it an the front desk are very rudr
