Sean was awesome in the service dept. I had major issues with my 2011 terraine. It had almost 100,000 miles and he took really good care of the car. It is now running like a brand new car. Love this dealership and the staff. Jesse is also great. He was around and available to help out when Sean was off. Thanks

Terrain's first scheduled maintenance and a squeak. Turned out to be the gate locks which were replaced and adjusted. Nice waiting area with a big screen TV. Coffee and tea and free wifi. Popcorn was made around 10:30-11. (I like to remark that my dad goes to a Chevy dealer in Palm Springs where they get cookies and ice cream :-) ) Got text messages at the beginning, another saying things were progressing. Great dealership! The sales staff are so friendly and they really listen to you. No one tried to push me into a sale and everything was explained thoroughly. I felt valued and that they really care about their customers. The service department rocks! I took my vehicle in and Rick Callas was so helpful. He took excellent care of me and my elderly mother and the service on my car was completed in a reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend this dealership!
While traveling from Seattle I had some very unexpected repaired that needed to be done. Jeff and Sean went above and beyond to make sure the parts were in the same day and the repairs were done as quick as possible. They were kind, friendly, and took care of me like I was family. Thanks to them my kids were still able to see Disney Land. Not to mention, they also vacuumed and washed my car, which is saying a lot as we had just arrived from Seattle! Thanks a million guys! -Laura
