Following an oil change, my car wouldn't start. This is an intermittent issue that had never happened while I was at a service facility. Therefore, the cause was still undiagnosed. Charlie, the manager, immediately arranged for Ben, one of their top technicians, to diagnose the problem while I waited. Ben's testing revealed my starter was bad.
