Constantly gets my order wrong.
I went there for breakfast, heard several kitchen workers carrying on loudly and lacking basic civility skills. I asked myself, "are these folks to be trusted with food?" I walked out, and do not plan to come back. Having worked in retail management, I know when employees do not know why they are there, it is the fault of management (or maybe non-management.)
Walked in an a employee had a child sitting on the front counter and when we walked in she took her down from behind n carried her to infront n handed her to another customer. You can tell we were out of towners n i dnt think They were on their best Customer Service skills. They messed up our orders, my chicken tenders has a weird tast. And the food was TERRIBLE, 2 out of 4 of us had stomachaches. 1st n Last time I will ever go there!!

Cold Food. Wrong food Keep hanging up the phone when I call. Spent 35 dollars Allergic to a sandwich I didn't order. Very Upset. 1 and 1/2 hours before close and can not answer the phone.!!!!!
Another terrible breakfast from the drive thru. Thought I would give them another chance, but no better than last time. Breakfast sandwich was dry and hard on bottom. Cinnamon raisin biscuits (which I used to love) were dry and crusty, with a round blob of icing on top; obviously had not been warm when iced. Done.
the staff was more than accommodating and was very helpful and friendly. I will be making this Hardee's my top spot for breakfast.
