Dear hardees, why is it so hard to get ahold of anyone at your location, ive called 20 times to resolve my issue as i dont have the time to go back to the location. Every time I've called I've gotten a busy signal and hung up on after 16 seconds. What if there was an actual emergency and someone needed to get ahold of one of your employees????? ANSWER YOUR F ING PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My husband went through the drive thru this morning and ordered 6 cinnamon raisin biscuits, drove home and dug into the bag once he got here and he got charged for 6, but only received 4. I have called 25 times to try to get this error corrected, only to get hung up on before I could even say anything other than hello, and then nothing but a busy signal.
Terrible experience probably won't go back and if i do it will be a long time. Second person in line 9 min to get order taken and 17 to get the food. Plainfield, Danville Indiana locations are worst I've seen
How do you run out of biscuits??? To top it off we've been waiting in drive-thru for like 15 minutes. Line should be moving pretty quick considering half your menu can't be ordered!
I wouldn't recommend this hardees...been there 5/6 times now & the food is never fresh and warm and usually screwed up the order one way or the other
No wonder this place gets 2.6 rating, guy in front of us waits 10 minutes on his order and they forget his shake so he has to go in and get it, then I get to the window and I get the low carb burger no napkins no.pickles no onions just two pcs of meat and some letttuce and no fork to eat it with sin e it don't have buns, so I have to go in, wtf is the purpose of a drive thru, yelled at the Manger he ignores me said he was busy and there was only 4 people in the restaurant, manager was rude and a dumb ass and so was the kid w... read more
Food cold and service nonexistent and the store was not busy at all! Very poor!
