Customer service was very poor. I understand it’s fast food, but common. When I ask if “Can I get a Coke Zero?” - and get told “Nope” - that’s not very.... “Hardee’s Like”. I mean - all you had to say was it’s out. Common 😂
We stopped to enjoy a delicious beyond thick burger today. The food was great. The service we TERRIBLE. No one spoke to us, at all, except to take our money. No one smiled, at all. Both cashiers and most of the kitchen stayed on their cell phones during our visit, which also was during lunch. Basically, everyone looked miserable to be there including the manager. LOVE HARDEES NEW BURGER, but not this Hardee’s.

Every single day an issue of some sort. Mostly an issue with cooks however the drive through attendants shove drinks bags and change in one hand full.
They didn't even use my coupons. I ended up paying full price for my meal because you bitches are stupid.
Service was very slow. The food tasted really bad, like the oil needed to be changed 2 weeks ago.
I went for lunch and got chicken tenders for my son and a double cheeseburger for myself. It was SO good. The best pick-me-up after a stressful morning at the Dr office. The girls at the drive thru were very sweet. I took my first bite and was in heaven.
Service is very poor long wait for food in the a.m.
