I waited 15 minutes in line and nobody came to the speaker the person in front of me was waiting there was somebody behind me I couldn't leave I called the store and they said the speaker is broken I ask them why couldn't they put a sign on it letting everybody know they said they weren't allowed to put a sign on there stating that their speaker was broken and that we had to pull forward. The food is great I really don't like the fact that they try to upsell you when you go to order to ask you would you like to try no I know what I want to order but I know it's not the employee the young lady is just doing her job which is a good thing they have employees it do what they're told but the company should not try to do that in my opinion other than that biscuits are always good. First could not hear the girl over the intercom thing. Then asked about different buns because apparently the only ones Hardees offers now are those awful things they bake in the store. Too dry. Not like a hamburger bun at all. Was at the window talking with her then and was told they could put the hamburgers on the smaller buns. The ones with seeds on them. I have yet to have a bad experience at this location. The food is always right and the staff is friendly. I ordered a huge order for my work the other day and they got it together for me with no complaints (the Hardee's in Lebanon is not this nice). The cashier was wonderful and every time we visit we have a good experience! Please keep up the good work!
The lady waiting on customers at front counter was taken off by the manager to pack orders what time the customer in line just stood there waiting. The guy that was packing for the window came over and took 1 order for the front lobby and then went back to what he was doing. The manger should had help pack order what time the lady continue to take orders. People in line behind me were getting agitated because they feel like they were being ignored. After 15 minutes of just standing there, I left and went to Buger King.
DONT SERVE MOLDY BREAD AND QUIT BULLYING A HANDICAPPED WORKER. CALLING CORPORATE AFTER WORK.
